Returns Policy

We do not accept returns unless and until there’s a genuine reason for defect or damage in the item purchased. The chances of a damaged or defective piece being shipped are very low as there will be a thorough check during dispatch. Nevertheless, if you find any, please feel free to contact us using the provided contact number or drop us an email. We request that the issue be reported within 2 days of receiving the parcel.

We strictly do not entertain refunds. Exchanges are possible within 7 days. Please understand, we will not be able to accept returns if the issue is escalated after 1 week. The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact. No exchanges are allowed in case of minor color or design variations due to photographic lighting or slight imperfections in the weave.
